Terms & Conditions for Verification Form

Deposite the sum of ₹ 500/- per document to the school authority and collect the unique verification code number. No application will be entertained without proper unique verification code number.
After successful submission of online application, verification report will be despatched to the concerned email address within 10 working days.
Please fill in the online form very carefully, any misleading data or false application will not be entertained.

After submission of the form, there will be no change in the submitted data.
