Apply for Duplicate Certificate

• Deposite the sum of ₹ 1000/- per document in Council's Bank Account
• Upload the deposite fee receipt to the Online Appliation Portal
• For the purpose of postal communication applicants are requested to fill his / her complete postal address in the application form, council will     not be responsible for misplace of documents sent in wrong address.
